Description: Preparatory to research refers to activities conducted for the purpose of developing a research protocol or funding proposal. This may include assessing the feasibility of a proposed study. In this cyberseminar, Dr. Olga Efimova will discuss VINCI services available to researchers in the preparatory to research stage, how to submit a preparatory to research request in the Data Access Request Tracker (DART), and provide tips for preparing a research protocol and study team.

Objectives:
• Describe VINCI services for prep to research activities.
• Walk through steps for submitting a preparatory to research DART request.
• Address how to describe data in a research protocol.
• Highlight suggestions for establishing a research study team.
