Abstract:

Researchers conducting CEAs may benefit from three resources that were developed at HERC. The goal of this talk was to describe the HERC person-level costs file, an example of a non-VA cost questionnaire for collecting self-reported utilization, and the Wage index file. This talk was most useful for researchers planning or conducting a Researchers conducting CEAs.
