Knowledge Translation Strategies to Support the Sustainability of Evidence-Based Interventions in Healthcare

Description: Implementation of evidence-based interventions (EBIs) in healthcare is meaningless without long-term sustainability. Knowledge translation (KT) strategies are designed to promote the implementation of EBIs into healthcare practices. In this presentation, Drs. Cassidy and Flynn will share their program of research focused on KT strategies used to support the implementation and sustainability of EBIs.
