In this seminar, Dr. Gittell will share the latest findings about outcomes of relational coordination – quality, efficiency, employee well-being, learning and innovation; and the latest findings about the interventions that strengthen it – hiring and training for teamwork, shared protocols and information systems, shared accountability and rewards, boundary spanner roles, and more.
