Description: This webinar will cover the findings from a series of inter-related projects funded by the Office of Rural Health to improve the measurement and reporting of access to care. Areas covered include primary care (i.e., panel size and extended hours clinics), use of nurse practitioners in VA call centers, secure messaging, E-consults, and novel ways to measure access to care. Intended Audience: Administrators, researchers, and providers interested in improving access to care within and outside the VHA.
