• CDA 13-024 – Economic Impact of Dual Use and Patient Choice in Primary Care

Description: Improving access to care is a key programmatic goal of PACT. In this presentation, we will present results describing characteristics of Veterans who use five categories of primary care services highlighted by the PACT model. We will also present findings examining whether patient-reported wait times for VA healthcare affect Veterans' future use of VA and non-VA primary care services. Intended audience: VA primary care providers, researchers and administrators responsible for implementing practice redesign in primary care.
