Abstract:

This document begins with a set of definitions for clinical, technical and administrative terms associated mental health programs in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) that are relevant to these data. Then, it moves into descriptions of: the domain as a whole; each table; selected columns from each table; the values associated with those columns; and notes to reduce potential confusion regarding these measures. Finally, the document ends with examples of SQL code used to answer basic questions using these data.
