Abstract:

Homeless and recently homeless patients rate relationship to provider, cooperation and care for homeless specific needs more highly when primary care service delivery is tailored for the population A homeless-specific primary care survey, in preliminary form, demonstrated internal and external validity Tailored service delivery models for homeless primary care are not required in either the VA or in HRSA-funded Health Care for the Homeless clinics. However, they are associated with a superior primary care experience.
