Abstract:

Prospectively identify patients with increased risk of adverse outcomes for decision support while: covering a wide range of procedures; a very general patient population; ensuring the methods and data could feasibly be incorporated into a largely automated clinical decision support tool; and, focus on patient contribution to risk.
