Abstract:

Description: We conducted implementation case studies of two app-based interventions for women Veterans: 1) an online Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) for patients to use at home; and 2) a web-based cognitive behavioral intervention for counselors and patients to use together in clinic. Despite their divergent content and context, the two case studies faced similar challenges, each with relevance for implementation, sustainment, and spread. Session Objectives - Describe case studies in implementing web-based interventions in VA - Present commonalities and lessons from these cases
