Abstract:

Session Goals: The goals of the session are to broadly describe quality improvement (QI) approaches, orient participants to processes for identifying and honing in on QI priorities in order to develop feasible QI projects, and review sources of evidence and approaches to jumpstart QI project options related to uptake of HIV prevention practices. Learning Objectives: 1. Identify a range of quality improvement (QI) approaches. 2. Conceptualize how QI can help to foster organizational change. 3. Develop feasible project ideas related to increasing uptake of HIV prevention practices.
