Abstract:

The primary objective of this report is two-fold: 1) to outline GeriPACT program and implementation details and 2) to identify organizational contextual factors associated with GeriPACT performance. We conducted an in-depth evaluation at eight VAMCs with high adherence to the GeriPACT model that varied on access to PACT and team functioning.
