Using the Organizational Readiness for Change Assessment (ORCA) in planning for implementation: A worked example

Sales AE. Using the Organizational Readiness for Change Assessment (ORCA) in planning for implementation: A worked example. [Cyberseminar]. QUERI. 2017 Jul 6.

Abstract:

In this presentation, I will present data from facilities adopting the newly released Life Sustaining Treatment Decision Initiative from the National Center for Ethics in Health Care regarding organizational readiness for change, and discuss ways to use the data to support implementation planning. This discussion will be useful for QUERI and other groups considering how to evaluate organizations and their level of preparedness for new initiatives.
