VA Intramural Research Award Program Panel Discussion

Description: The VHA Office of Research and Development (ORD) is undergoing a research enterprise transformation. In follow up to our August and September presentations, this session will continue the discussion of changes to the VA Intramural Award Program. Within ORD, the Investigators, Scientific Review, and Management (ISRM) Initiative has implemented three key changes on October 1, 2024: (1) transitioning from a service based research organization to a portfolio based research organization, (2) centralizing key operations functions to support portfolios, and (3) standardizing key aspects of the RFA process. Please join us for a panel discussion with the ORD service directors.
