Dr. Relyea will present on the state of the evidence for bystander approach to harassment in healthcare settings, highlighting studies at the Veterans Health Administration, and present areas for future evaluation and research. Dr. Drapalski will present findings from a HSR-funded study to develop and pilot test a Veteran-informed bystander activation intervention to address gender-based harassment in VA settings.
