Tele-Collaborative Outreach to Rural Patients with Chronic Pain: The CORPs Trial

Description: Rural Veterans face multiple barriers to accessing care services despite increased availability of resources for chronic pain. While location plays a factor, another roadblock is the lack of coordination of care across multiple health systems. This study will describe a forthcoming multisite pragmatic effectiveness trial that will test a telehealth collaborative care intervention for rural patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain. Target audience: Clinicians who treat patients with chronic pain, researchers, and patients with lived pain experience.
