Cost-Analyses of FUNCTION QUERI Programs: STEP-KOA and STRIDE

Description: Function QUERI enhances VA's capacity to rapidly adopt and sustain evidence-based practices that promote Veteran function and independence. The Function QUERI Program is partnering with national, regional, and local health system leaders to implement three multi-faceted clinical programs – Group Physical Therapy, STRIDE, iHI-FIVES. The presentation includes results of the cost-analyses for 2 of these programs, and a discussion about the rationale for using cost-effectiveness for one versus a budget impact analysis for the other program.

Target audience: VA researchers and clinical practitioners interested in implementation of evidence-based programs.
