Identifying Implementation Strategies that Encourage Use of Complementary and Integrative Health Therapies

Description: As part of the Assessing Pain, Patient Reported Outcomes and Complementary and Integrative Health (APPROACH) study, the presenters conducted ongoing site visits with key stakeholders at 18 VA sites to learn about how they nudge (i.e., encourage) use of complementary and integrative health (CIH) therapies. In this Cyberseminar, the presenters will present the strategies implemented by these sites to nudge Veterans to use CIH therapies. The presenters will discuss how to categorize these strategies into specific nudge types and how they mapped to the Expert Recommendations for Implementing Change (ERIC). Target Audience: This presentation would interest clinicians, researchers, health system specialists and decision makers.
