Description: Finding information in Joint Longitudinal Viewer (JLV)can be overwhelming at times. Where do you start? How do you find information without reading clinic notes individually? The second session of this two-part series explores advanced uses of JLV to uncover clinical data. The demonstration of JLV will include filtering techniques, report building, locating Cerner data, and using community health summaries.
This session is intended for those familiar with JLV who are interested in learning advanced methods for finding information. New users should review Joint Longitudinal Viewer (JLV) and Research (Part 1): Getting Started from July 11, 2022 for an introduction to JLV.
Objectives:
Learn practical ways JLV can be used to:
• Determine eligibility of a research subject
• Gather information for chart abstractions
• Identify adverse events
• View Cerner data
