Using System Science to Better Understand Scale-Up

Description: Abstract: Scale-up is the intentional effort to maximize the impact of evidence-based interventions. The end goal is that everyone receives the care they need and the anticipated health benefits. This may seem intuitive but the process can be complicated. Applicable frameworks can offer helpful guidance. Dr. Hooley will present a scale-up causal loop diagram based on an important review of the scale-up framework literature. The model highlights key scale-up outcomes, determinants, and feedback relationships.
