Description: The presenters will discuss the background, scope, and methods of the Suicide Prevention Trials Database (SPTD) project. They will discuss why a database on suicide prevention studies is needed, what it will be used for, and the systematic process being used to identify studies and extract data into the database. The presenters will also share their progress on article selection and development of a data dictionary – including providing an overview of the types of variables that will be extracted from each study and a link to the draft data dictionary.
