by Justeen Hyde, PhD ; Juliet Wu, BS
Seminar date: 1/20/2022

Description: Brief Description: For nearly a decade, the VA has been incorporating a broad range of complementary and integrative health (CIH) services into healthcare for Veterans. The COVID-19 pandemic catalyzed a major shift in the delivery of CIH services, notably a rapid expansion of these services provided via telehealth. Drawing on interviews conducted with CIH providers in ten VA Medical Centers, this presentation highlights adaptations made to accommodate virtual service delivery and lessons learned regarding what works, for whom, and under what conditions.

Target Audience: Primary audience for this presentation include providers of CIH services and local and national champions for telehealth service delivery.
