Description: This presentation will provide an overview of concepts and models for adaptations and describe iterative and pragmatic approaches to plan, document, and evaluate adaptations in real-world community and clinical settings. The presenters will describe a methodology on how to use the RE-AIM framework to plan adaptations before implementation and make adaptations mid-course. The presenters will also describe a multi-method approach to documenting and evaluating adaptations in real-world studies. Applications to these methodologies to research within the VA will be presented and discussed. Target Audience: Researchers and implementers
