Description: The 2018 National PACT National Survey provided respondents an opportunity to share open-ended comments related to PACT implementation and delivery of primary care services. We qualitatively coded and summarized these responses. This presentation will describe our research process and share results capturing the major themes expressed by survey respondents. Intended Audience: Primary care service delivery teams and leaders.
