Description: The QUERI Implementation Roadmap offers a pragmatic approach for partnered implementation science that systematically guides users through the identification, implementation, and sustainment of evidence-based practices. The Roadmap is based on earlier iterations of the QUERI “pipeline” and incorporates recent advancements in quality improvement and implementation science to design implementation strategies in partnership with multilevel stakeholders that optimize the impact of a new evidence-based practice across settings and patient populations. This Cyberseminar will provide an overview of the QUERI Implementation Roadmap including: • Review of key points of emphasis across each of the 3 Roadmap phases • Explain how the Roadmap supports VA’s transformation into a learning health system • Recommendations for practical use including integration with QUERI and research-sponsored methods, resources, and tools • Plans for its incorporation into various implementation science efforts to support knowledge translation and adoption of evidence-based practices throughout VA
