Description: We augment our work as health researchers with a significant amount of writing for lay audiences in popular media, including The New York Times and The Washington Post. We are frequently asked by colleagues why we take time from our “real jobs” to do such writing, and how we weigh the accompanying rewards and challenges. In this cyberseminar, we address these questions. Intended Audience: Researchers who might consider writing about research for a lay audience.
