Description: The first half of this Cyberseminar will cover the PACT National Survey fielded in 2016, and the planned 2018 National Survey. Dr. Stewart will review some of the major issues uncovered in the 2016 survey and describe changes planned for the 2018 survey. In part two of the Cyberseminar Dr. Simonetti will review the epidemiology of burnout among VHA clinical staff, methods for assessing burnout among healthcare employees, and the effect of survey nonresponse on estimates of burnout prevalence. Intended Audience: VHA clinical staff, policy stakeholders, leadership, investigators interested in PACT implementation and improving workforce wellness.
