Description: Chronic Multisymptom Illness (CMI) impacts 30% of Veterans after deployment and is one of the most prevalent, costly, disabling, and least understood post-deployment health conditions. The National Academy of Medicine (NAM) has written 11 volumes on the impact of CMI for Veterans, strongly urging the VA to improve care for these Veterans. This Cyberseminar will provide VA researchers and clinicians the latest research on: 1. Prevalence and description of Chronic Multisymptom Illness 2. Veterans understanding of Chronic Multisymptom Illness and 3.
