Women Veterans' Reproductive Health Research across the Life Cycle: from Pregnancy to Menopause

Description: Dr. Katon will summarize her work understanding the reproductive health of women Veterans across the lifecycle. She will discuss findings regarding women Veterans' reproductive health needs, pregnancy and the putative impact of deployment on pregnancy outcomes, the prevalence and impact of menopausal symptoms, and recent findings regarding VA gynecology care. The presentation will also briefly outline some on-going projects and future directions. Intended Audience: researchers, clinical providers, operational leaders with an interest in women Veterans' health.
