User-Centered Reporting for Frontline MOVE! Providers: Aiming for Pyramid Analytics and Ending up in Excel

Description: The goal of the PeRsonalizing Options through Veteran Engagement (PrOVE) QUERI is to improve the prevention and management of chronic conditions by supporting Veterans and clinicians in making personalized healthcare decisions. In their work with the MOVE! Weight Management Program, the presenters found that frontline providers often do not have the time or expertise to integrate information and insight derived from data into continuous improvement strategies. In this presentation, the research team will describe how they created a reporting system that uses workload data from CDW to continuously evaluate and improve the MOVE! Program. Learning Objectives: The audience will understand: 1. How to incorporate user values into data-driven products 2. How to create deliverables that help anchor the development team in user perspectives 3. Our process for creating monthly data reports
